About Mike
Mike worked for Automatic Data Processing, a fortune 200 corporation, for 25 years. His experience includes leading teams nationally and abroad. 
He has coached business owners, executives and all levels of management. He has developed and implemented successful programs for hiring and training new associates.
His passion is impacting how leaders lead. As a leader he discovered that when people are engaged in their work they are happier and they achieve more success. This paradigm shift occurred during his first coaches training in 1997 and was a key to his own success at ADP. In 2002 Mike started his own business, The Coaching Mirror, using his skills and experience developed in the corporate world. Mike works with professionals to evaluate and gain knowledge of their situation then uses a process for the clients to follow and reach their goals.
Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in Business management and communication from Concordia University. He is a graduate of Coach U Corporate Coaching Program and ADPs Internal Coach Program. He is certified as a coach by the International Coach Federation.
He is a member of the Northwest Coaches Associations (NWCA), The Portland Human Resource Management Association (PHRMA) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)
