Mike worked for a fortune 200 corporation, for 25 years. His experience includes creating and leading teams nationally and internationally. 
He has professional coached all levels from management to individual contributors.
His passion is working with people to achieve the goals they set. As a leader he discovered that when people are engaged in their work they are happier and they achieve more success. This paradigm shift in 1997 was a key to his success at ADP. In 2002 Mike started his own business, The Coaching Mirror, using his skills and experience developed in the corporate world. Mike works with professionals to examine what's next for their success then implements a process for them to reach their goals.
Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in Business management and communication from Concordia University. He is a graduate of Coach U Corporate Coaching Program and ADPs Internal Coach Program. He is certified as a coach by the International Coach Federation.
He is on the leadership team and is a member of the Northwest Coaches Associations (NWCA), The Portland Human Resource Management Association (PHRMA) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Mike is also an accredited and active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
