How is a 360 used in coaching?

Using a feedback tool is also a way to gain an understanding of how others perceive you: We have all heard that perception is reality. At The Coaching Mirror, we offer a 360 evaluation to assist in the coaching process.   We begin with information from the 360 degree Evaluation then work with each executive one-on-one to support his/her professional development. As you work with us you and your coach will determine the target areas in which you want to see measurable growth. You will define specific goals, leverage your strengths and remove barriers; all of which empowers you to take the steps to your success.
